    It`s located in such a lovely area, the view is just fantastic and the accommodation is so luxurious and well equipped. It was well worth the money we spent because we got our dream vacation that we were planning for so long.

    So sad that my husband and myself have always enjoyed shopping in your store, even though he needs a new tweed jacket, and has previously bought I believe 3 or 4 lovely jackets from you. We have been forbidden entry into your shop from your son. Who told us he didnt want us in your store again as WE COULDNT drink his coffee! Never before in my 73 years have I had to return any food or drink and I did think if I was unable to drink it, we might have had an apology or something not told never to use the cafe again. I believe this is your son, after coming to Hunstanton over the last 65yrs and feeling so at home and happy ahnd welcome with the lovely local friends we have made, this episode has upset us so much. I do feel sorry for him , he must be a very sad person to be so unpleasant and unkind to pensioners. Gloria Read

    The review "Very Disappointing" is dated 2010. Norfolk Holiday Homes send out an information booklet and tourist information leaflets are placed in all of the holiday homes. We never take a booking without the tenant actually having seen a brochure or details on line. Heating is more than adequate in all our properties. They are all inspected and graded by Visit England and have at least a 3 star grading. Our office is closed on a Sunday, but all emergency contact numbers are given to the tenant. Our policy is if the tenant is disatisfied with anything, then they are requiested to contact our office immediately to outline the issues. We are pleased to say that we try to have all angles covered and experience very few problems. NORFOLK HOLIDAY HOMES. 2016
